Goals give us a direction in life. Daily work is then a heavy lifting. We can
lift no more, no less, to be in a state of intrinsic motivation and then it is
not a heavy lifting. It is then just a joyful art of work or a zig-zag journey
towards the goal. In order to lift more, we can increase skills and similarly in
order to move faster we can improve execution.
