Don't set goals for 2021, set habits.

1) Set the habit of eating high protein in every meal not a six pac.

2) Set the habit of not accessing social media on your phone. Instead of i'll be
more productive this year.

3) Set the habit of creating content everyday, not 100K followers in one year.

4) Set the habit of reading on wealth creation for 15 minutes everyday. Not I
need to be a millionaire in a year.

5) Set the habit of listening to motivational content everyday in the morning.
So it gets deeply embedded in your subconscious.

6) Set the habit of speaking to a therapist once every two weeks.

7) Set the habit of doing fun activities regularly instead of saying I need to
be married by the end of the year.

It will all happen. Just set the right habits.
