day deduction is unfair to dedicated workers, specially when they have family
constraints."

šŸ‘Øā€šŸ’¼ CEO : "Lets change the policy. Lets create a new policy that does not
penalize a dedicated team member and rewards work rather than hours worked."

šŸ‘Øā€šŸ’¼ CEO : "We need a culture of empathy and understanding. We need to remove
autocratic rules that penalize our own Team Members who are doing their best to
support their families."

āœØ Everyone NEEDS a SUPPORT STRUCTURE, not a PENAL STRUCTURE.
