woman billionaire this week after shares of the dating app company soared during
its initial public offering.
The 31-year-old's net worth notched $1.5 billion on Thursday, according to
Forbes, after Bumble's stock closed at $70.31 per share during its first day on
the public market.
By 1 p.m., Wolfe Herd's nearly 12% stake in the company was worth $1.6 billion,
the outlet reported. She owns 21.54 million shares of the company, which has a
market capitalization north of $8 billion.
