emphasis on product design and user experience (UX) at BimaPe.
I recently came across a post from Mithil where he said several Indian FinTech
co's have adopted "design as a core ethos" and I couldn't agree more with him!
On average, we conduct 25 UX research sessions per week (5*5) between Vishrut,
Eashan, Abraz and I. The purpose of these sessions is to test:
a. Copy (text on the page)
b. Flows (feedback when the user clicks)
