Be kind to yourself, and take some time to reflect on all the reasons you’re
grateful that you’re you. When we think of gratitude, we often list out the
people or external events that make us happy. And that’s wonderful! But it’s
also important to remind yourself of all the things you’ve done, how far you’ve
come, and why, even on your darkest days, you’re still a worthy, amazing person.
