Shout their opinion loud, sing the same song as the highest authority in the
room, convince the crowd of their agenda through repeated affirmation and get
out of the meeting room with a decision which was made even before entering the
meeting room. 📢
This leaves a chunk of intelligence not even utilized in decision making. User
experience decisions become management decisions and then the management team
wonders why conversion rates haven't seen an uptick last quarter. 🤭
