As I was warned earlier, B2B Sales is indeed the hardest thing I have done
professionally. Especially as a founder of a pre-launched startup.
I am selling a product that does not cost anything upfront. The charges come
only when it generates new revenue for our clients.
It requires almost 0 tech work and no behavior change.
I also had warm intros in some cases.
The fastest decisions came from founders/ leaders. The slowest are from people
down the line.
But because there are no hard reasons to say no, the decision or progress gets
stuck in limbo.
