As CEO I've taken $0 total pay since March. We've cut costs elsewhere (like
travel) and used the savings to prioritize small raises and bonuses for all
employees.

I can't understand CEOs who have given themselves huge bonuses while laying
people off. The only reason our business has been successful for 17 years is our
employees. I will never lose sight of that.
