Anyone tried a cold outreach service they can recommend?

I am not a big fan of cold outreach but I keep on hearing that it might be
successful for a new SaaS. So, I am "considering" giving trying it out. I am
sure we can get someone from our team to work on it but I would rather use
someone who is successful at doing this.
