One of the founders in my mastermind runs a product that helps you get the best
possible rate, whether that’s with stripe or a competitor. DM me if you want an
intro.

Is that processing your own fees? Or fees through Stripe Connect?

I didn’t even know we could do that. Can companies under $100k ARR negotiate?

They do not negotiate that I know of. but there are plenty of other companies
that do

They do but there is a caveat. They do for high volume on BtoC cards (ie: big
ecommerce website).
If you process only/mostly BtoB cards, you won't get much of a discount, if any.
Don't ask me why but their cost is way higher on BtoB cards.

They do, sometimes. We’re above $1M ARR and they wouldn’t because “too high of %
of the charges are Amex”

After $1m and $5m ARR they did. Also using more of their products can create
more negotiation.

What is your annual volume? If you're above $1M/year they should negotiate but
lots of factors get taken into account.
