For web conferencing, your camera captures should be uploaded quickly and hence your web cam should be optimum on MegaPixels (ideally 2MP to 4MP only with HD 720p resolution) and high on Upload Data Speed.
Modern mobiles with very high resolution cameras is a big problem if you don't have very good data connection.
Recommendation:
1. Use laptop with in built HD webcam
2. If using mobile then gito Camera app and set the lowest resolution
3. Fiber data connection have good and equal upload + dowload speed. Use Jio Fiber for quick transferring your camera captures and quick download of receiver's video.
3. Avoid mobile data as they have low upload speed
