A person who has been in the country for 5 minutes.
Can learn the culture.
A person who is not motivated by money.
Can be motivated by family.
A person who seems down and out.
Can be an opportunity to coach.
A person who has never managed people.
Can be an amazing people leader.
There is a lot of outdated philosophies when it comes to the world of work and
who should get the job.
Our biases block us from opportunties to hire incredible people that surprise
us.
Take the time to get to know some and see them for who they can be, not their
current circumstances.
